Green Room Projects imagines and presents challenging visual and performing artwork to the Nashville and Middle Tennessee communities. We thrive on providing quality art that provokes and advances personal and public transformation, art that extends beyond physical or ideological borders no matter the discipline. Green Room is fiercely dedicated to the belief that art - whether it be theater, music, dance, film, or visual - is and should always be a catalyst for change in individuals and in communities.  We uphold this challenge by:

• providing diverse artists a creative workspace free of censure and censorship;
• exploring new and unconventional means of artistic expression;
• engaging and educating without judgment to and through the arts;
• offering “at risk” and underserved populations both voice and choice through artist mentoring; and
• fostering artistic partnerships and cooperatives in Nashville and beyond.
