Presented in collaboration with the Valhalla Shakespeare Project.
Shakespeare’s sprawling comic masterpiece confronts the best and worst of human qualities - tolerance and bigotry, charity and greed - in a story filled with dramatic intrigue, high farce, and sublime poetry. Founding Artistic Director Mark Cabus takes charge of this provocative, charming, and controversial play and gives it his own inventive, contemporary touch. Starring Lane Davies, Ruth Cordell, and Marin Miller, as well as Ensemble members Richard Northcutt, Jon Royal, and John Mauldin, this should prove to be a most auspicious inaugural production for Naked Stages.
